Christmas here we come!

I think I am finally turning into a normal human being again. You know, one who doesn't want to lay in bed ALL day, one who can actually eat and not want to run to the toilet every time food is put in front of me. A person who can do laundry and clean house and all of that fun stuff. Over these last few weeks I have definitely not been a normal person, but with about a week left in this 1st trimester I am finally feeling a little better. YAY! My husband and kids have been so understanding and the week of Thanksgiving I stayed w/ my mom and she waited on me and cooked for me and made me eat and also helped me take care of Emma and Tyler and I appreciate her sooooo much for it.

So I haven't really talked much about the kids on here lately, but they are doing so good.

Emma is still going to school and cheerleading. We decided to drop dancing b/c it was just too much for right now. She might take some ballet and tap classes over the summer. She has so much fun at school and is doing great at cheerleading. We have been working on writing her letters and what sounds they make, etc. She is so smart! She will be 5 in LESS THAN A MONTH. I can't believe how time flies. I swear it was just yesterday I was pregnant with her and now she will be 5. 5 is her "magic age". The age where she will be able to ride her bike w/ no training wheels and go across the monkey bars and use "poison" to help mom clean and be able to make her own dinner. So I guess my baby is no longer a baby b/c she's gonna be 5!

Tyler is also doing really well. He got a black eye at Thanksgiving from falling down the steps at his aunt's house, but that's pretty typical for him. He's just a rough kid. He always has a bump or a bruise. He is really into trucks and anything related to sports. He and Brad played "hockey" in the kitchen for about an hour the other night using plastic golf clubs and a plastic hamburger bun. He ran around yelling, "batter, batter, batter". If you tell him to make a touchdown he squats down, says "hut, hut" and then runs around like a mad man. It is really funny.
He is also counting and loves to do his shapes puzzle and has really started to like coloring.

Anyway, we are going to put up our Christmas tree tomorrow or Saturday and all the Christmas decorations, so that should be fun.

We hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!
