This is my first blog! I started this blog because my children do things daily that I want to remember. So I thought I could record them and just what is going on with my family here. I plan on printing these blogs out and keeping them in a binder like a journal and maybe one day when they are older my children will read them so they can see what they were like as small children!! I'll start with our weekend. We went to Yoakum to have Easter w/ the Hardin side of our family. It was a really quick but nice weekend trip. The kids hunted eggs which was nice considering they didn't get to hunt them for Easter since it was FREEZING!!!! They were so cute and had a lot of fun. Emma spent most of the time playing with her cousin Andrew (who's 3). They jumped on the trampoline and ran around like crazy. Tyler mostly drove Andrew's John Deere gator around the yard trying to run over people. We had confetti eggs and Emma broke one over my mom's head and when my mom returned the "favor" Emma pouted. On our way home we stopped at Brad's grandparent's and visited for about an hour. It was nice and the kids enjoyed seeing them.
It's hard to beleive Emma is already 4 and Tyler will be 2 next month!! Where does the time go?? Emma is so smart and I am waiting for the day when she will be smarter than I am. I have a feeling it won't be long. Tyler is getting so big and reminds me so much of Brad. He is doing really well and has started talking in sentences!! I have also been thinking about potty training since he is showing a few signs of readiness. That's all for now...
